Are you available on my wedding date?

Once your wedding dates have been finalized, we recommend contacting us so that we can verify availability. In most cases, we do not take overlapping events but this can be negotiated depending on your requirements.

Can you work within our budget?

Yes, since all clients are unique and have different demands, we work on tailor made quotations for each and every client depending on the options requested, and the budget.

How many meetings will we have, and how will we be involved?

The number of meetings will depend on the size of the event. We like to involve our clients in everything such as choosing their preferred venue, deciding on the wedding cake flavours, décor ideas, menu and so on.

How many people on your staff will be at the wedding?

This depends on the event size. We usually deploy 2-3 people for small events going up to 7-8 staff for big events.

How many events have you planned?

As at date, we have organized above 50 events (weddings, birthday parties, engagements, destination weddings, corporate events, team building events, end of year parties etc.)

Do you do destination weddings (if applicable)?

Yes, we do destination weddings and assist the couple throughout starting from venue selection to wedding rehearsals.

Do you have references? (testimonials from both professionals and recent couples.)

Yes, it is available on request. Otherwise, many of our clients review our business and page which can be viewed online.

How early should couples start to plan their wedding and hire a wedding coordinator?

It is advisable to book your wedding planner well in advance, ideally 1 year before the wedding.

Can we hire you as soon as we get engaged or should we wait?

It is advisable to hire us as soon as your dates are finalized, or at least 1 year in advance.

What type of packages do you offer?

We offer various packages for Hindu, Tamil, Muslim and Christian weddings. We also have packages for destination and beach weddings. Packages will depend on the requests of the client and can be adapted to the needs of the clients.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept cash, cheques, and payment through electronic/bank transfer.

What are the payment terms?

We require a deposit of 50% of the total initial amount upon confirmation of the service and the balance of 50% 10 days prior to the event.
